NeuroMovement®

Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® is an integrative, whole-body approach that helps people connect with themselves and move beyond the limitations that have been mapped into their behavioral patterns. It harnesses physical movement and the self-organizing power of the brain to change itself, making the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy automatic.

The Mind-Body Connection

The mind and body are not separate—they are one system. Understanding the mind-body connection offers powerful opportunities for growth and change. Using gentle, innovative movements and science-based techniques, NeuroMovement® lessons provide the brain with new information to create new neural connections in the brain and foster lasting change.

New Possibilities

NeuroMovement® lessons provide the right conditions for your child’s brain to let go of automatic patterns of behavior and create new patterns of movement and thought. By helping the brain form new neural connections, NeuroMovement® can take children beyond their current limitations and help them function at a higher level. Replacing old behavior patterns with more functional, better integrated behaviors creates new possibilities for physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being.

Scientifically based

The Anat Baniel Method® ˜NeuroMovement® uses science-based principles of development and learning in two formats with both local in traveling guest practitioners. Clients can participate in group movement lessons or intensive clusters of individual lessons.

Movement is … the language of the brain. Movement drives the brain to grow; movement is the basis from which the brain self-organizes.
